Rescue Squad 2.0

I was modifying some reference pics for a prize pic I'm working on, and accidently found a series of masks, color dodge, and other various effects, that, along with certain layers, creates an interesting lighting effect that I LOVED. So i dupicated the process on my latest painting and am very pleased with the result.
